Lara LeRoy is best described in two words: Active and Busy! When she is not engaged in activities with or for her three teens Abby, Nate & Eli or, her husband of 22 years Scott, than she is most likely involved in one of the community organizations she actively supports. LeRoy is especially passionate about education and community building and has dedicated a great deal of her time as professional and a volunteer to advancing educational initiatives and community wide programs for youth and adults.
Marylyn Haspel has a background in advertising and marketing as a writer, and is very proud to be assuming the reigns of the Charleston JCC Bookfest, now going into its fifth season.
