Is the Holocaust off-limits for comedy? “The Last Laugh” explores this question in a fascinating documentary. The film pairs film clips with interviews of Holocaust survivors, comedians (Including Mel Brooks, Sarah Silverman and Joan Rivers), and Jewish leaders.

Following the screening, Ferne Pearlstein, director of “The Last Laugh”, joins us via Skype in a session led by College of Charleston professor Dr. David Slucki.

Proceeds go to the Charleston Jewish Federation‘s REMEMBER Program for Holocaust Education and Genocide Awareness.

Cost: $12.50 General/$18.00 Patron (includes Reserved Seating)

Advance tickets available at TerraceTheater.com – One night only, limited seating!

For more information, contact Sandra Brett at sandrab@charlestonjcc.org or call 843.571.6565.

This program sponsored in part by a generous allocation from the Charleston Jewish Federation.
